Intermittent fasting for as little as 24 hours will cause a significant release of endogenous human growth hormone which gives a tremendous boost to the body's ability to maintain and grow muscle while burning fat as the primary fuel source as is accomplished eating a low carb high fat ketogenic type of diet. God provides when we fast and eat a low carbohydrate high healthy fat and moderate protein type of diet.
Fat loss and muscle gain at the same time. Many say this is not possible, but that is not what I see.
